More than a AB Challenge

A 30-day ab challenge is a structured program designed to help strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles over the course of a month. These challenges typically involve a series of daily exercises that gradually increase in intensity to challenge your core muscles. 

The challenge often includes exercises like crunches, planks, leg raises, Russian twists, bicycle crunches, and more. The idea is to do a set number of reps or hold a certain position for a specific duration each day, progressively increasing the difficulty as the challenge goes on. 

While these challenges can be a good way to kickstart a fitness routine and improve core strength, it's important to keep a few things in mind:

  • Listen to your body: If an exercise causes pain beyond regular muscle soreness, it might not be suitable for you. 
  • Rest and recovery: Muscles need time to recover, so it's important to incorporate rest days into your routine.
